The consolidation of two high schools in Scarborough's Midland and Lawrence area will soon free up space for a new townhome development. The closed Bendale Technical Institute on Midland and the soon-to-close David and Mary Thomson Collegiate Institute on Lawrence are being folded into the new Lawrence Midland Secondary School on Brockley Drive between the two sites. MGI was on-site to provide heavy civil construction services along with excavation and the associated execution of our earthworks division.
