MGI Construction performed the complete structural demolition and debris removal of a commercial strip mall in Toronto, Ontario. The interior finishes of the building generally consisted of plaster, drywall, ceramic tile over plaster and texture finishes on the walls; glue-on and drop-down acoustic ceiling tiles under a wooden-frame ceiling; and concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl tile and vinyl sheet flooring. The site now makes way for a single, redesigned 9-storey residential condominium at 599–631 Kennedy Road.
