An existing developed site with a single and three-story light industrial building complete with two and three-storey offices was located on the northeast portion of the site at the southwest corner of Millcreek Drive in Mississauga, Ontario. The site is situated in an area that predominantly consists of commercial, industrial, and residential land uses. MGI Construction performed the earthmoving and site servicing associated with the expansion of this development project.
