Construction and maintenance work at the TDSB is performed by skilled trades that are represented by the Maintenance and Construction Skilled Trades Council (MTSTC). To begin the reconstruction of Avondale Public School, we performed the demolition, removal of DSS, soil remediation, water and environmental management, decontamination and removal of an underground storage tank of the existing school.
