Our team at MGI Construction Corp. is currently undertaking a ~15,000 sq. ft. interior demolition project at Square One—removing walls, partitions, mechanical and electrical equipment, entrance doors, ceilings, floor tiles, and further. This project is scheduled for completion by the end of May 2019.
A career in construction is one of the most rewarding employment paths and is chock-full of opportunities for future growth and advancement. With careers that range from engineers to managers to financial advisors, our industry attracts a wide host of people with an even wider set of skills and experiences—and it’s here to stay.
The three residential buildings being demolished are each 1.5 storey structures with full basement and attached garage, measuring approximately 124 square metres, all having been constructed in 1952 and since been renovated.
At MGI Construction Corp, when we think about Las Vegas, naturally, we think about one thing: excavator attachments. That’s because the recent Caterpillar Inc. Premier Customer Event we attended there showcased many of the company’s leading excavator attachment products.

Performing routine safety checks and using caution at all times are the characteristics of a responsible crew member.
While we can’t quite guarantee you’ll ever get to show off those silver shoes at your prestigious regional bird-calling championships, MGI is cheerful to be working in partnership with Audi, setting up for the new 4-storey dealership building in Mississauga.
