To rebuild the parking garage at the West Lodge apartment building, MGI Construction performed high-reach demolition services with a high-reach application excavator. Upon a complete structural demolition of the garage, we then performed environmental activities to remove any harmful toxins that were present on site. This project was located right next to the GO line making safety our number one priority. Because of this factor, we ensured that extra caution was taken during construction to avoid any fatal accidents or overall disturbances.
