SUMMARY

The building consisted of a large single-story steel-framed area ("Tipping Area") and a three-storey steel-framed processing area ("Subbor Area"). In addition to these steel-framed sections of the facility, there is also a network of large digesters that were structurally independent of the primary building frames. The approximate total area of the facility was 4300 square meters. MGI Construction demolished the property with conventional demolition techniques utilizing heavy machineries such as shovels, buckets, grapples, shears, and cranes as required. The building was located in an industrial area and is surrounded by other large industrial buildings.
