MGI performed the groundwork for the release of seven new lofts at 41 Ossington Avenue. The foundation excavation took place on a narrow street in Downtown Toronto, with each truckload hauled away making it closer to grade. The lofts shifted the perception of west-end living, signalling both right-size for the neighbourhood and a coming of age for the Ossington corridor by rethinking the traditional townhome and condominium.
