ONE Properties Ltd. hired MGI Construction to perform services to assist in the redevelopment of the 93,000 square metre Home Depot Innovation Centre located at the corner of Highway 400 and Sheppard Avenue. In Phase 1 of this redevelopment project, we completed a full structural demolition of the building including footings. Upon processing, we produced concrete and asphalt with our Rubble Master RM 100 GO! We performed environmental services to ensure that this site was safe for further development. During our services, we kept a part of the building intact to allow The Home Depot to continue operations while also taking extra precautions to protect the visitors and employees in the facility.
