Prince Phillip Elementary School was a part of the French Public School Board which operates French Emersion schools across the region. To remove the existing school, MGI Construction was hired to perform various services. Before performing any demolition work, we carefully remediated the site and removed any asbestos that was present. Upon the completion of the structural demolition and the removal of all underground water and sewer systems, we concluded our services by backfilling and grading the land to a temporary open green space while funding for the construction of the new school was being organized.
