To help Safe Harbour Developments Inc. begin construction of their 80-acre subdivision, MGI Construction performed vital earthworks and heavy civil services. The scope of this project included land development activities such as land clearing, water and sewer line installation, and grading. We were also responsible for the construction of the communities' roads—curbs included. Upon completion, we performed foundation excavations for future houses. Burnham Meadows will contain townhomes, single-family homes, executive townhomes, retirement and garden homes, safe harbour professional arts and commercial retail space.
