SmartShop Self Storage is a North American self-storage company with many locations in Ontario. To remodel their current space in Toronto, SmartShop Self Storage needed to undergo a major re-construction operation. As a subcontractor to Maple Reinders, MGI Construction performed demolition and heavy civil services. This included concrete cutting, asphalt removal, and digging for foundation piers on the existing concrete slab. To begin their remodelling, we also relocated some of SmartShop's water and sanitary sewer lines.
