To prepare a proposed industrial unit for further development, it was important for some changes to the existing building. MGI Construction was hired by Prism Construction Ltd., to perform heavy civil services. The scope of our project included relocating and installing the necessary water and sewer lines, in addition to the proper land grading. Land grading is an important factor in building construction because, with a properly graded land, water can flow away from a building rather than towards it.
