With approximately 23,000 full-time students and 17,000 continuing education students as reported in 2011, Sheridan College continues its growth. With the new building set to connect directly with the existing phase 2 building via a shared portico at grade and across two upper levels, Sheridan College expanded its Square One presence. After completion, the building provided the campus with lounge and study spaces, club rooms, food outlets, games areas, administrative suites, fitness studios, a gymnasium, and a running track, as well as a double-height atrium to gather in. MGI Construction completed excavation and site services including city connections.
