Commercial development is vital for the economy to function. On this project, a development plan was finalized to locate a new structure on existing commercial mall property. First, the safe dismantling of one unit attached to the strip mall occurred. This then freed up space for the concrete foundation walls of the new property to be dug and poured. MGI was on-site to complete the demolition separation, dig out the foundation walls of the existing structure, dig for the new footings and complete backfill and grading work.
