The project team consisting of Pride Group Enterprises (PGE), Track One Project Management, and MGI teamed together to construct a new truck rental agency consisting of a workshop, parts store, office, and mezzanine for a total of 13,175 sq. ft. of commercial space. PGE is a privately-held, diversified company whose subsidiaries include transportation logistics, heavy-duty equipment dealerships, equipment leasing, rentals, real estate holdings, and hospitality.
