The site contained a 3,600 square foot 2-storey structure—a combination of a convenience store on the main floor and residential on the first and second floors (plus attic). The structure was built circa 1955. The property was serviced by a water well and a commercial septic system. The site contained an asphalt parking lot adjacent to the building. As part of the former gas station operation, there were three gas pump units and four underground storage tanks (USTs) on the property in which MGI Construction performed the asbestos abatement, tank removals, and complete structural demolition.
