After the closing of former Roche Canada headquarters, plans were underway to demolish the entire warehouse and included speculative industrial development—targeting small and mid-bay users. The project encompasses two buildings totaling approximately 237,000 sq. ft. with excellent exposure to Hwy 401 and connectivity to Hwy 401, Hwy 407, transit, and Milton, Ontario located in Halton Region.
