When Van Horne Construction Ltd. was tasked with the redevelopment of the Jane and Finch Mall, MGI Construction was hired to perform our core services. Once we were able to remove any onsite asbestos and harmful toxins, we proceeded to demolish the proposed section of the building while leaving the remaining section intact. We then performed earthwork activities and complete site excavation. We also completed heavy civil services by installing the necessary water and sewer lines. Night construction was not able to be performed as potential noise obstructions to surrounding residential areas was of concern.
