MGI Construction performed demolition services to remove the entire building on this location. We returned to the site upon demolition to perform heavy civil services. With the completion of this project, new stores such as Dollarama, Michaels, and Pier 1 Imports—as well as other small shops have been able to move in and provide access for Etobicoke residents. This site is a part of the Etobicoke SmartCentres and SmartCentres Etobicoke Index, which is located just off Highway 427. Major stores that are also at this location include Homesense, Old Navy, The Home Depot, SAIL, Pet Smart, Party City, and Walmart.
