As part of the City of Vaughan's rapid industrial development, MGI Construction Corp. partners with Torque Construction to develop three new buildings on behalf of FGF Brands Inc. This build combines minor earthworks and substantial heavy civil involvement from MGI. Due to the lack of infrastructure within the development, MGI will be responsible for installing 100% of the site services within the area, including significant road work along Highway 50 and Langstaff Road with up to depths of 8 meters in some areas.
