Located at the corner of Dundas St. West and Dovercourt Road, 59 Project Management Inc., hired MGI Construction to perform our earthworks services. Previous demolition work to remove the existing building was completed before we arrived on site. We performed a complete site excavation for the condo that was to be erected. Directly across the street from this condo is a small plaza that contains the LCBO, a grocery store, and a Dollarama making it easier and efficient for residents to host those weekend gatherings.
