Bloor and Dufferin is subject to a new development vision from Capital Developments and Metropia which will completely reshape the surrounding area. Defunct public schools, once occupied the area will be removed and repositioned in the area, making way for master plans with significant attention to community features and retail space. MGI Construction performed asbestos abatement and the complete structural demolition of Brockton High School at Croatia and Brock Street to make way for the mixed-use development.
