To make room for Brock University's McClaren Art Centre, MGI Construction was hired by the City of St. Catharines to demolish the site's pre-existing building. MGI Construction was responsible for the entire structural demolition of this building including the footings and foundation. Upon the completion of our demolition services, we performed environmental services to restore the health of this site and to ensure that any harmful toxins were removed before future development.
