Design-Build proposals were submitted for the development and construction of a new LEED Certified industrial speculative warehouse facilities located on 1330 Martin Grove Drive, Etobicoke, Ontario. The single-storey industrial building has an approximate building footprint of 15,120 meters squared. Reportedly, the original building was constructed circa 1978 and an addition to the east side of the building was added circa 2001. The subject building consists of a warehouse with two partial mezzanine levels, utility rooms, offices, washrooms, cafeteria and first aid room.
