At the busy Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), the scope of work MGI Construction was tasked with was: the decommissioning and removal of transformers; the removal of all electrical, fire, and security systems; the decommissioning and relocation of the building automation system, and the decommissioning, demolition, and removal of hanger 8 and the associated annexes. The scope of work also continued with other tasks such as the reinstatement of asphalt and the removal of concrete apron panels on-site.
