Phase 1 development included a 35-storey building consisting of a 4-storey podium and a 31-storey residential tower, providing 366 residential rental units. The total above grade gross floor area (GFA) was approx 343,067 square feet. The building includes 4 levels of below-grade parking (parking GFA approximately 152,105 square feet) providing 308 spaces. First, MGI Construction removed an existing concrete ramp and proceeded deep site excavation. In downtown Mississauga, residents will be a stone's throw from Absolute World—the city's two tallest buildings.
