MGI Construction completed the earthworks (on- and off-site hauling, excavation, site grading, and more) for the new construction of a 275,600 square foot expansion for an existing industrial building at 95 Market Drive in Milton Ontario. The project also included the removal of an existing expansion (exterior) wall, an interior demising wall, a fire-rated corridor, and the construction of new right of way entrance off Chrisholm Drive—next to the site.
